The hyper limited Lamborghini Centenario reached the second stop on its world tour debuting at the 2016 Los Angles Motorshow to the delight of fans.
Commemorating the 100th Birthday of Lamborghini founder Ferrucio Lamborghini, only 40 examples of the Centenario have been produced, 20 coupes and 20 convertibles, all of which have sold for more than 1.75million Euros each.
The hyper limited Centenario represents one of the most eagerly anticipated limited editions to ever come from the Italian supercar maker. Based on the Aventador, the Centenario uses a tweaked version of the same V12 block that now produces 574kW and accelerates to 100km/h in 2.8sec before powering on to a top speed of more than 350km/h.
Some of the Centenario’s bespoke features include; an extending rear wing to provide increased down force at high speeds, the addition of rear wheel steering for improved high speed turn in and an array of tech upgrades that include internet browsing capability and the addition of Apple CarPlay.
With just 40 examples on offer, the Centenario has already assured itself future classic status. The lucky few who have been afforded the privilege of ownership are set to take delivery of their cars in the final quarter of 2016.
