At $399,990 this 2014 Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 finished in Arancio Borealis is the most affordable Huracan for sale in Australia.
The fabled Huracan is the successor to the hugely successful V10 Gallardo. The Huracan’s Naturally Aspirated 5.2L V10 produces a colossal 449kW/560Nm, that, when paired with the all-wheel drive system, accelerates to 100km/h in 3.2sec. In a supercar market where the big manufacturers are turning to forced induction, the Huracan is one of only a few remaining naturally aspirated options.
The Lamborghini Huracan continues to build on the Gallardo’s platform of a practical supercar, a notion that almost seems counter intuitive and slightly absurd when you consider Lamborghini’s history of making some of the most impractical, jaw-dropping cars in history. That being said, the Huracan’s adjustable nose height (for speed bumps), improved visibility and stop-start system make it an increasingly liveable supercar that can be used for more than just the occasional spirited drive.
The Huracan is still early in its lifecycle and will be due for a revision/face lift in the next 12-18months, this is likely to include an array of cosmetic upgrades and possibly a slight power upgrade to the 5.2L V10. The average eight-year product life-cycle at Lamborghini means that this Huracan will continue to look modern for many years to come.
