When this Ferrari 360 Modena rolled off the production line in 2003 it’s fair to say that the team at Maranello had no idea what sort of future this Ferrari had ahead of it. Touted at the time as one of the greatest driver’s cars ever built is now a ten seat limousine with TV’s, LED lighting and gull wing rear doors.
Miraculously, the 360 retains all of its original drivetrain elements with the exception of the gearbox which had to be replaced in order to facilitate the extra weight. In two-door coupe guise, the 1336kg Ferrari 360 Modena was capable of 0-100km/h in 4.5sec thanks to its 294kW/373Nm naturally aspirated V8 engine. Given the additional doors and weight, we suspect that this limousine would reach 100km/h in close to double the quoted figure for the coupe.
At $399,000 this is the most expensive 360 Modena on the market. As a business venture, it offers the buyer a distinctive opportunity to chauffeur passengers around in bespoke style that is sure to get conversation flowing amongst those on board and bystanders.
